Karluk River Application:
A free Refuge permit is required for all recreational activities on easement lands within one-half mile of the Karluk River and Karluk Lake shoreline. Permits are initially restricted to 70 people per day from June 10 through July 15. During this period, total daily permits will consist of 28 for non-guided visitors and 42 for guided visitors. During the remainder of the year, visitors also are required to obtain a Refuge permit.
